Vegan Apple & Cinnamon Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
230g sugar
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
1 1/5 cup plain flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
300g diced apples
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt

 

Steps:
  1. Peel and dice 2 medium-sized apples (300g diced apples).
  2. Make 3 flaxseed eggs by combining 6 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespooons of ground flaxseed. Leave to set.
  3. Combine sugar, oil and vanilla in a large bowl and stir.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  5. When flaxseed eggs are set, combine them with your oil mixture. Add half a cup of almond milk. Mix well.
  6. Pour oil mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in apple pieces and pour mixture into breadpan. Smooth the top of your mixture.
  8. Select programme ?? and turn on the breadmaker. Bake for 1 hour 50 minutes.
